Students can deepen their connection to the Yoga Philosophy through our book club meetings. We discuss what yoga is, its origins, and how we can incorporate the practice into our daily lives to relieve stress.
Musical Mantra Meditation
Come and Enjoy
Any day can be brightened with our Musical Mantra Meditation sessions. We invite students to join us in reciting sayings that promote inner calm, accompanied by peaceful music.
